THE PRODUCT
Every batch is computer-vision color-sorted, parboiled to lock in nutrition, and milled to a uniform grade that national grocery chains and wholesale buyers depend on.
Optical sorters running computer-vision algorithms eject every discoloured, immature, or broken grain at full processing speed, delivering visually consistent, premium-grade product.
Steam-pressure parboiling gelatinises the starch core, locking vitamins and minerals inside each grain and producing the firm, non-sticky texture preferred by Nigerian wholesale buyers.
Automated packing to your specification, whether 25kg, 50kg, or custom B2B packaging requirements, all verified by weight and sealed under hygienic food-standard conditions.
Full automation from paddy intake to final bag means zero batch-to-batch variation. National chains and commodity buyers get the same specification, shipment after shipment.

THE FACILITY
An end-to-end AGI Milltec automated parboiled rice milling process, engineered for precision, scale, and zero compromise.
Raw paddy enters the plant and passes through high-capacity vibrating screens and air-aspiration systems. Stones, chaff, and foreign material are separated before any processing begins, guaranteeing feedstock purity for every downstream step.
Screened paddy enters our 2×32-ton commercial dryers. Steam-pressure parboiling gelatinises the starch core, locking nutrients inside the grain and producing the firm, non-sticky texture demanded by wholesale buyers and national chains.
The steam powering our dryers is generated entirely from rice husk, the milling by-product itself. Our closed-loop 5-ton/hour biomass boiler eliminates external fuel dependency, reduces carbon output, and converts 100% of husk waste into productive energy.
Parboiled paddy moves through AGI Milltec rubber-roll huskers, paddy separators, and multi-pass whitening machines. Each step removes the husk and bran layer with mechanical precision, producing bright, uniformly milled grains meeting commercial specifications.
Every grain passes through high-resolution optical sorters running computer-vision algorithms, detecting and ejecting discoloured, immature, or broken grains at full processing speed. The result is the finest-quality rice in the Kano region.
SUSTAINABILITY
Our 5-ton/hour husk-fired biomass boiler is the live energy infrastructure powering every batch we produce. Rice husk, a by-product of our own milling, feeds directly into the boiler as fuel. The plant runs on what the plant produces. No external fossil fuel for steam generation. That is engineering reality, not a marketing claim.
